Info selection trial CCSC and Belgian Championship 2019

15-16-17 June are foreseen for the final qualification at the CCSC 2019 and for the Belgian Championship class 3.

-The trial field is located in Malosewaver 28 in Geel .

-Jury, Tom Huddleston et Frank Cleary

Tom Huddleston is the presient of the International Sheep Dog Society (ISDS)

Frank Cleary is a welll known breeder, farmer and organiser of charity trials.

-Sheep are made available by Dirk Vansant from Geel.

-The runs on Friday and Saturday will be run with 5 sheeps from which 2 will be marked. The time for each run is 15 minutes.

Friday – Saturday: briefing foreseen around 7h30, start first run at 8h

Proclamation Saturday : 18h30 during BBQ

Sunday : briefing foreseen around 8h30 start runs 9h to 12 h and from 13h30 to 16h

Scenario:

The 20 best resutls from the pre-qualification trials are authorised to participate at the weekend of the final selection.

Participation fee: 80 euro to be wire transfered on the account of the FSB

IBAN: BE86 734-0187057-50 (BIC: KREDBEBB) FSB for each dog during the final.

The WE consists in 4 pre-selection runs on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 June and a final trial on Sunday 16 June.

2 runs are run on Friday and 2 runs are run on Saturday. The 3 best results for each participant out of the 4 are taken into account for the ranking. The results of each run are normalised with the percentage rule. The 15 best rankings may participate to the final on Sunday.

The starting list is ordered according the ranking of the pre-qualification trials. The lowest ranking will start on Friday and the highest ranking starts on Saturday.

A double outrun is run on Sunday during the final. The 8 best handler/dog combinations are selected for the European Championship that will take place in Germany from 23 to 25 August.

A break is foreseen between participant 8 and 9.

Saturday will end with the proclamation of the finalists that are selected for the final of Sunday. this will take place during the BBQ of Saturday evening.

The best OLF result will be used in case of ex aequo. The jury will take a final decision if OLF isnot enough to identify the winner.

Sunday will be closed by the proclamation of the selected team for the European Championship in Germany and by the delivery of the Belgian champion title to the best ranked Belgian!

Remark: a finalist with 3 dogs in the final of Sunday cannot select more then 2 dogs due to the regulation of the CCSC that only accepts a maximum of 2 dogs by handler. The open place will go to the next ranked handler.

Catering :

Drinks and food are foreseen on the field on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Spaghetti on Friday (6 Euro).

Saturday BBQ (18h) after a reception (17h).

The reception is offered by our president Geert De Bolle.

The BBQ is free for the participants to the trial. Their partner and other people pay 8 Euro.

Flemish Stew with bread and french fries are foreseen on Sunday (6 Euro).
